Yet another Great shot makes ne want to go to Montana but not right now. I would take out the roof in the bottom LT hand corner

This is a case where texture rules. We cannot help but "feel" with our eyes the complex textures that make up the surface of this old barn. However, it is usually a mistake to put your subject square dead center in an image and this photo suffers from that "here it is" feeling that we get when the subject is centered. Some creative use of space would have helped.
It's always sad to see barns deteriorating like this. Well-captured.

I like it. The barn is clear and has light and dark contrasting areas, and the grass has a soft almost brush stroke look. I am guessing that achieved by the photographer's imagination with the help of photoshop. Cool.
I have to second the cramped feeling, would love some space around this. Great capture either way!
